To align with Eden’s ethos, the café is anchored in sustainability and community featuring light seasonal fare sourced directly from the nearby Santa Monica Farmers Market, alongside wellness-driven specialty beverages and Coffee Manufactory’s signature Cloud Roasted Coffees – a proprietary roasting method that results in a smoother, brighter, and more balanced cup.

With towel service, stylish cabanas, and fresh poolside dining, it’s your effortless escape just moments from the ocean breeze.

As Santa Monica’s only true open-air rooftop bar, Velvet Rose pairs sweeping ocean views with the glamour and rebellious spirit of the artists, muses, and rule-breakers who inspired it.

At golden hour, the rooftop transforms into a sultry escape above the Pacific, where vinyl-only soundtracks set the mood and classic 1940s cocktails are reimagined with a modern edge. Elevated bites, cinematic ambiance, and effortless charm invite guests to linger well beyond sunset.
