This concept will serve a refined yet approachable space that blends thoughtful design with a strong sense of place.
To align with Eden’s ethos, the café is anchored in sustainability and community featuring light seasonal fare sourced directly from the nearby Santa Monica Farmers Market, alongside wellness-driven specialty beverages and Coffee Manufactory’s signature Cloud Roasted Coffees – a proprietary roasting method that results in a smoother, brighter, and more balanced cup.
