This property is completely non-smoking. A $500 cleaning fee will be applied to any room where smoking has occurred.

Guests must be 21 to check into this hotel.

Children under 17 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult using existing beds.

Additional Fees:

• Hotel Amenity Fee of $25 per room per day is paid directly to the hotel at checkout
• Rollaway beds are available at a charge of $25 per night.
• Cribs are available at no extra charge.

• Valet parking is available at a charge of $49 per night and is subject to change.

The guest room rates, as provided above, are subject to city taxes, fees and assessments and are subject to change without notice.

In the event of a cancellation or an early departure, please be advised of our following policies:

• If confirmed for our advance purchase room rate option, the reservations are non-refundable and cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.

• If confirmed for our best available rate option, room reservations will incur a one-night cancellation charge if received after 3:00 p.m. 72 hours prior to the arrival date.

• Guests requesting an early departure are bound by the 72 hours notification policy for each night remaining in their stay.

In addition, the cancellation policy may not reflect all of the terms and conditions associated with your reservation due to special events or requests.
